Schedule any way you want!

***Online scheduling through Practice Fusion (my electronic health record/EHR) is a simple system with limited options. Please do these things to schedule an appointment. 

1. It won't let appointments be scheduled for kids under 18 years. So, as a work around, put the year 2000 for your child's date of birth in the birthdate section. Then, in the notes field, put in your child's correct date of birth. We will confirm with you at the appointment!

2. It will only allow male and female. You may select your sex at birth and document intersex and/or your gender in the notes section. 

3. Pick a time on the hour (1, 2, 3, 4pm) as my appointments are ALL 1 hour and not scheduled on the half hour. Please do not choose 1:30, 2:30, 3:30pm, etc. If you do, I will move your appointment to a half hour later to accommodate my schedule.
